| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to explore possibilities and practical means of on-line mentoring in Japanese teacher education. The first two chapters explore basic functions of mentoring and characteristics of writing, which is the main work in on-line mentoring, to describe a framework for understanding the practice. The following two chapters analyze diaries which were exchanged in an actual case of on-line mentoring where I acted as a mentor. The results of the analysis suggest that on-line mentoring is an effective way of supporting student teachers, one which takes advantage of characteristics of writing, however, it also has some problems and difficulties to overcome. | |||||
