| 内容記述 | In this paper, I clarify the actual conditions of long labor hours in Japan, what influences they have on the jobs and family lives of men and women, and how many working hours make the compatibility of job and child care possible. Japan in one of the world7s most prominent powers for the remarkably long labor hours, as is America. Recently, the average yearly total hours worked per male or female full-time laborer in manufacturing is aout 2,034 hours, and the over time hours are about 173 hours. if the service or the ""furoshiki"" overtime not shown statistically is added, the amount will increase. Males in the 30 age bracket are busiest with child care, and the percentage of laborers more than 49 hours per week is the highest. The long labor hours is the most important factor that makes the male and female compatibility of job and child care difficult. On the other hand, in such countru\ies as Sweden, the system of 35-hour-labor and 2-day-off a week has been established and achieved the 1,500 hours something in the yearly total hours worked, so the are succeeding in the compatibility of job and child care with time to spare almost without non-schedule hours worked. |
