Recently, the average yearly total hours worked per male or female full-time laborer in manufacturing is aout 2,034 hours, and the over time hours are about 173 hours. if the service or the \"\"furoshiki\"\" overtime not shown statistically is added, the amount will increase. Males in the 30 age bracket are busiest with child care,  and the percentage of laborers more than 49 hours per week is the highest.\n　The long labor hours is the most important factor that makes the male and female compatibility of job and child care difficult.
