| 内容記述 | In this study, I clarify the process taken when the female teacher at an elementary school wants to be become a school leader. I clarify a formation process of three stages: The first is the nucleus period from the first teaching experience and may be marked by a great deal of trial and error. The second is the proficiency period that requires the supported growth of a young co-worker as a mentor. In the third, the teacher becomes a leader at the school and clarifies the process for others using examples from real life. | |||||
