| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to consider corporate scandals from the point of view of CSR, and this study wishes to recognize the causes of the scandals and recommend preventative measures. Companies are working on CSR currently. However, in recent years companies that were thought to have been at the forefront of these efforts have met with many problems. It is necessary to reconsider CSR when confronted with a scandal. As a result, becoming a mere facade of CSR has occurred. The phenomenon of becoming a dead letter must be considered not only because of the presence of CSR but also the preventative measures against this recurring such as corporate governance and internal audits. It is necessary to integrat CSR within the organization to stop corporate scandals. |
