Companies are working on CSR currently. However, in recent years companies that were thought to have been at the forefront of these efforts have met with many problems. It is necessary to reconsider CSR when confronted with a scandal.\n As a result, becoming a mere facade of CSR has occurred. The phenomenon of becoming a dead letter must be considered not only because of the presence of CSR but also the preventative measures against this recurring such as corporate governance and internal audits.
