The Work Values Scales (Komota, 2005 ; 2006) and the Big Five Scales (Wada, 1996) were administered to female undergraduates (N = 277). By factor analysis (Maximum likelihood estimation with promax rotations) for the Work Values Scales, five factors were extracted : Self-worth, cordial human relations, comfortable working environments, social evaluation, and independence from the organization. Those factors correspond to ones found by Komota (2005, 2006). According to a series of regression analyses (stepwise method), work values were significantly determined by big five traits. The significance of research in work values was discussed., 原著論文}, pages = {25--32}, title = {女子大学生における職業価値観 : 性格特性との関連}, volume = {48}, year = {2015}, yomi = {モロイ, カツヒデ and サカモト, ヒロエ} }
