The conclusion offers eight examples that demonstrate the following four criteria of explanatory effectiveness:  1. Appropriate visual aids and materials should be introduced during the grammatical explanations.  2. Explanations should be repeated to ensure students have understood.  3. A blackboard and panels should be used to explain sentence structure.  4.
