Items of the Perceived-Fashion-Risk Scale developed by Kouyama & Takagi (1987) were revised for apprehension about makeup risk. The Apprehension-about-Makeup-Risk Scale composed of 38 items were administered to female undergraduates (N=253). They also rated several scales for examining scale validity. A series of principal component analyses (with promax rotations) were executed. Apprehension for makeup risk was shown to consist of four components ; namely, self-expression, quality and performance, deviance from makeup norms, and fashionability. Those components were significantly correlated with makeup consciousness (Hiramatsu & Ushida, 2004) and exposure to female fashion magazines (Moroi, Hanataka, & Odori, 2010). The significance of research in apprehension about makeup risk was discussed., 原著論文}, pages = {12--19}, title = {化粧リスク懸念尺度の作成と妥当性の検討}, volume = {45}, year = {2012}, yomi = {イタガキ, ミホ and モロイ, カツヒデ} }
