They are the report of citizenship education by a research group sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the attached Ikeda Junior High School of Osaka University of Education, primary and Junior high schools governed by the local authority of Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo, and the attached primary school of Ochanomizu University.  This research analyses those implementations and curricula from the perspective of subject education and research, and indicates some viewpoints on citizenship education in schools.
