It also examines women’s permanent employment through the social factor of generation and the family factor of parental expectations. Particularly for women raising children, their mothers’ expectations of their independence and continued permanent employment were strong drivers for them continuing permanent employment. Therefore, it is important for mothers to expect their daughters to become independent; furthermore, education that fosters independent values in women should be promoted., 論文}, pages = {90--103}, title = {親の期待は娘のライフコースと正規職就労にどう影響するか : 20~80歳代の4年制女子大学卒業生に焦点をあてて}, volume = {39}, year = {2022}, yomi = {トモ, リエコ} }
