A questionnaire survey was compleated, answers were categorized, and free descriptions were analyzed by quantitative text analysis. The results show that there are many challenging issues regarding the sound environment of the classrooms and that teachers make efforts to control of the volume of voices and set up a good layout of the room to give children a relax atmosphere. Through the analysis of free descriptions of classroom teachers, head teachers, and ECERS assessors, it was found that they commonly recognize that the relationship of children, education and care, and voice is important.
