Students from the Department of International Studies and Department of Clinical Pharmacy participated in the project. They created bilingual staging scripts from a famous TV drama “ER,” rehearsed, and eventually performed in the annual intercollegiate Oral Communication Festival (OCF). The author explains the project’s process, including the interpretation of authentic texts, an inquiry into current medical and ethical issues, an analysis of the characters, rewriting the script for the stage performance, and rehearsing the scenes.
