studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_35":{"attribute_name":"ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"AA1201534X-20210331-20","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"小論は，自営業家庭に育った子女は起業家になりやすいか，親世代から受け継ぐ⽛資産⽜には何があるか，特に女性起業家にどのような影響をもたらすか，明らかにすることを目的としている。そこで，起業活動と自営業の家庭について人的資本，非人的資本の観点から理論的に検討し，自営業の家庭で育ったことと起業の関係，並びに自営業の家庭で育った起業家がどのような資産を受け継いでいるかについて⽛新規開業実態調査(特別調査)⽜の個票データを再集計し検討した。\n小論で明らかになったことは次の通りである。第1 に創業時20代，30代の起業家については，男性，女性のいずれも，また創業時40代の女性起業家について，有意に自営業家庭の比率が高い。また，女性起業家についてみると，創業時の年代が若くなるほど，両親のいずれかが自営業であった比率が高くなる。第2 に自営業の家庭の子女は，起業する際に有利に働く経済資産・社会資産を受け継いでいること，起業家精神の形成につながるハビトゥスが体化されていることを確認\nした。\nまた小論にもとづき，自営業家庭で育つことが，起業する上で有利に働く点をまとめると次の通りである。第1 に，自営業で用いた土地，店舗，施設・設備等の経済資産を継承することである。第2 に，両親が事業を通じて得た人的ネットワークを活用し，取引先やその他協力者などにアクセスしやすいという社会資産を受け継ぐことである。第3
