| 内容記述 | “MENHERA” is the term which was originally used on the social media. In the late 1980s, some girls gathered in the internet sites called mental sites. They didn’t suffer necessarily from mental diseases. Many songs which the mentally sick states of “MENHERA” were depicted in appeared in the forms of rock bands and singer-songwrites. The purpose of this study was to explain the history of “MENHERA” music. First of all, its origin was a girl student in a sailor suit appearing in the Meiji era. The sailor suit was the symbol of girlishness with neatness and purity. The girl students were destined to be good wives and wise mothers. The conflict between painful reality and ideal world in “MENHERA” was simillar with girls’ distress since the Meiji era. | |||||
