The Experiences of Reading Comic Books Scale（developed by authors）and the Short Version for Big Five Scale（revised by authors）were administered to female undergraduates（N＝331）. According to the cluster analyses and the principal component analyses, three clusters were extracted as follows : fusion of underworld and actual world, love stories for girls and adult women, and detective and adventure stories. The correlation analyses indicated that conscientiousness inhibited reading comic books which depicted fusion of underworld and actual world.
