| 内容記述 | Many of the oldest universities have legacies that continue to influence values and beliefs of the organizations. However, as societies change and population composition changes, many of these institutions of learning have been forced to change as well. This paper briefly examines the legacy of leadership in the founding of the Doshisha organization, the organizational culture of Doshisha Women’s College, and students’ attitudes towards uncertainty management, in essence diversity management, one aspect of leadership. It then poses questions for contemplation regarding the remaining founding legacy and ideologies and influences on current students to be leaders of innovation in Japan. | |||||
